Craig Scott oversees all operations of The Adolphus Hotel, a Dallas landmark long associated with luxury travel and considered by many to be the “Grande Dame of Grand Hotels.” Mr. Scott, whose hospitality career spans more than two decades, has managed hotels and resorts throughout North America. A natural leader with a flair for building sales and customer relationships, he quickly distinguished himself at a number of the industry’s high-profile properties, including the famed Hotel Washington in Washington, DC. His dream has always been to head an historic luxury property in a dynamic city. He is known for his creative approach to the guest experience and constant improvement through organizational development. His expertise includes sales and marketing and hotel/resort operations. Mr. Scott has extensive experience in multiple property, task force and transition management.
Lyn Scott currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Women’s Museum located in historic Fair Park, Dallas, Texas. She provides direction of the day-to-day activities of the only comprehensive women’s history museum in the United States. Lyn is responsible for the execution of the Strategic Plan approved by the Board of Directors and is the driving force behind Leadership Teen, expected to launch in the next year. Lyn provides creative insight and execution for Leadership America, leading a delegation of women leaders for a cross-cultural experience to China and United Arab Emirates. Previously, she held the position of CFO at the Museum and a nonprofit counseling center in Dallas. With a career focus in business operations, her extensive professional experience encompasses banking, defense/manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations.
Amy George is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Cooper Aerobics, and is responsible for marketing, advertising, public relations, social media and internal communications for Cooper Aerobics’ seven health and wellness companies and two locations. In addition, she directs communications for The Cooper Institute 501(c)(3) research and education nonprofit. Before joining Cooper Aerobics, George was the National Director of Media Relations for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), and her experience includes working at The LeMaster Group, a Dallas-based crisis consulting and media training agency where she served as an account executive for a variety of airline, restaurant, retail, professional services andcelebrity clients. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and International Association of Business Communicators, and received a 2009 Best of Texas award from the Texas Public Relations Association for her work as Editor-in-Chief of CooperHealth magazine.
