YouTube & Pay-Per-View: Selling Out or Smart Business Move?
Read Write Web Reports via The Financial Times that YouTube is negotiating with the major American movie studios to launch a global pay-per-view video service by the end of the year. This could mean that YouTube could finally start making some serious money which it hasn't since Google bought it in 2005. A bold partnering like this could end all of that but then the question is if YouTube will still be YouTube.
